1) Terms & Conditions

By using the Ayla Sooq website or mobile app you agree to these terms.

• Service. Ayla Sooq is a grocery marketplace with delivery inside covered zones.
• Eligibility. You must be 18+ or use the service with a parent/guardian’s consent.
• Orders. Fulfilment depends on stock, delivery area, and the selected time slot.
• Prices. Amounts are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and may change before order confirmation.
• Conduct. Do not misuse the platform, submit false data, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Liability. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, banks, or networks outside our control.
• Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Venue: Amman courts.

2) Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, phone, address, profile photo if you upload one.
• Order and delivery data (including location if you choose to share it).
• Mobile push token when you use the app.
• Chat attachments (photos/files) if you send them.
• Payment data is handled by the payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Fulfil orders, delivery, and customer support.
• Verify payments and prevent fraud.
• Send order-status and in-app notifications.
• Improve service and security.

Sharing. We share data only with payment and logistics providers, or when required by law.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or account deletion.

3) Refund Policy

• If we cancel an order or an item cannot be supplied, we refund or replace it as applicable.
• Refund requests are reviewed against order status and product type (especially food items).
• Approved amounts return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank.

4) Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation before preparation or dispatch, depending on the status shown in your account.
• After the order is out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be available.
• We may cancel any order suspected of fraud or policy violations.

5) Payments

We accept cash on delivery where available, plus Visa / Mastercard and Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway in JOD.
